About Us
Paul Joy and Joe Valencia have worked together in the communications field for over 16 years. The problem was we were always working for somebody else. The idea of forming a full service communications company had been one that was spoken about quite often.
We knew that if a company were formed it would have to satisfy three major criteria: (1). Superior customer service would be our mission. (2). We would offer quality products and services at a competitive price. (3). Professional workmanship on all system and cabling installations would be a top priority.
On July 1, 2005 the opportunity presented itself, all criteria had been met, and Double Eagle Communications was hatched.

Paul Joy, a founding partner of Double Eagle Communications, has worked in the telecommunications field for over 16 years.
Paul has a heavy background in electronics and holds a degree in electronics technology. He got his start building and testing complicated wire harness assemblies, and electronic circuits which has translated well in the telecommunications industry.
He holds numerous telephone system and cabling system certifications and his customer service skills are second to none.
Joe Valencia, a founding partner of Double Eagle Communications, has worked in the telecommunications field for over 25 years.
Joe got his start in the United States Army Signal Corps, working telecommunications central offices across Germany and the United States. He has worked in the communications industry ever since.
He holds numerous telephone system and cabling system certifications and his product knowledge and service skills are amazing..
